Pasta is quite bland on its own but you can make it flavourful and unique with the things you add to it.

How to make quick Asian Style pasta

INGREDIENTS

1 onion finely chopped

2 cloves garlic minced

1 Zucchini chopped

1 small red bell pepper chopped

4 ½ cups pasta

1 ½ tsp red curry paste

3 cups tomato puree

1 cup coconut milk

1 tbsp lemon juice

½ cup peas

½ cup cherry tomatoes cut into halves

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

METHOD

  1. Take sufficient water in a pot, add a little salt, and cook the pasta separately till it’s done.
  2. Saute onions in a large pan for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic, zucchini, red bell pepper, and peas, and cook them for another 3 minutes
  3. Add red curry paste, and tomato puree and mix them well.
  4. Add the coconut milk, boiled pasta, salt, and black pepper, and cook them together till it become nice and creamy.
  5. Finally add the cherry tomatoes, and lemon juice and cook it for 2 minutes.
